What happens when I hit 30 documents on Starter?
You'll get a warning at 25 documents. At 30, TaskDrop lets you know your limit is reached for that calendar month. It resets on the 1st of the following month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited documents anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Message MANAGE in WhatsApp or go to taskdrop.co.uk/manage. Your subscription cancels at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. No exit fees, no questions.
What's included in CIS invoicing?
TaskDrop handles the CIS deduction automatically — 20% on labour only, not materials. The invoice shows gross invoiced, CIS deduction, and net amount payable. Works for registered and unregistered subcontractors. Available on all plans.
Is TaskDrop MTD-compliant?
TaskDrop keeps digital records of all income and expenses in real time — satisfying HMRC's digital record-keeping requirement under MTD for Income Tax Self Assessment. The quarterly CSV export gives your accountant the data they need for the quarterly submission. MTD bridging software (FreeAgent, Xero, QuickBooks etc.) is used for the actual HMRC submission.
