TaskDrop provides an AI-powered document generation service for UK tradespeople, accessible via WhatsApp and web browser. We generate professional quotes, invoices, job reports, and follow-up emails based on job descriptions you provide. The service includes payment tracking, automated overdue reminders, and a customer dashboard.
TaskDrop also offers TaskDrop Pay — an optional payment processing feature that allows your customers to pay invoices by card via Stripe. TaskDrop Pay is subject to the additional terms in Section 3a below.
You must be 18 or over and based in the United Kingdom to use TaskDrop. By signing up, you confirm you are using the service for legitimate business purposes.

TaskDrop is a document generation tool. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Documents generated by TaskDrop are provided as a convenience — you are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and that documents comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements. TaskDrop is not liable for any errors in documents you create or for any decisions made on the basis of those documents. For tax and accounting advice, consult a qualified professional.
WhatsApp access is provided via the WhatsApp Business API. By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages from TaskDrop including document deliveries, automated reminders, and service notifications. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile provider.
Starter plan subscribers are limited to 30 documents per calendar month. Pro and Business plan subscribers have unlimited document generation subject to fair use — we reserve the right to contact subscribers generating unusually high volumes.
TaskDrop generates documents based on information you provide. You are responsible for:
TaskDrop documents are a starting point — always verify before use for legal or safety-critical purposes.
Upon cancellation of your subscription, your data (documents, invoices, expense records) is retained for 90 days. During this period you may log in to your dashboard to export your data. After 90 days your data is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@taskdrop.co.uk or using the Delete My Data button in your dashboard.

Documents generated by TaskDrop using your job descriptions belong to you. Our software, website, and underlying systems remain the property of TaskDrop.
Job Site Reports: Reports generated under the JOB REPORT flow are job records only and are NOT official regulatory certificates. They do not replace Gas Safe certificates (CP12), EICRs, PAT test certificates, or any other legally required documentation. Always issue official certificates through your relevant regulatory body.
TaskDrop is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses arising from use of generated documents, service downtime, or errors in AI-generated content. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via email to support@taskdrop.co.uk. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified of significant changes with at least 14 days notice.
